System for System Requirements Specification According to the FURPS Methodology
System developed in this work is intended for gathering of software requirements from the client at information system developed for him. It should be available through the website. The developed information system keeps user accounts and their data. The user is able to create a chart based on the entered data by which it recognizes what operations take precedence.
The aim of this work is to create a functional system that would be user-friendly and simple. The system should be designed using design patterns and it should be responsive to different types of mobile and non-mobile devices.460 - Katedra informatikyvelmi dobř
3D Visualization Framework Based on Vulkan API
The aim of this thesis was to create a framework that focuses on rendering 3D objects using Vulkan API. The software was created under the Windows platform. Trough framework user can create their own scene that may contain a large number of objects. The user can use a large amount of shaders and texture images for dynamic change of scene. I created two demos (visual and stress) based on this framework. Stress demo was subjected to FPS test.460 - Katedra informatikyvelmi dobř
On scaling of human body models
Abstract
Human body is not an unique being, everyone is another from the point of view of anthropometry and mechanical
characteristics which means that division of the human body population to categories like 5%-tile, 50%-tile
and 95%-tile from the application point of view is not enough. On the other hand, the development of a particular
human body model for all of us is not possible. That is why scaling and morphing algorithms has started to be
developed. The current work describes the development of a tool for scaling of the human models. The idea is to
have one (or couple of) standard model(s) as a base and to create other models based on these basic models. One
has to choose adequate anthropometrical and biomechanical parameters that describe given group of humans to be
scaled and morphed among
Droneport: From Concept To Simulation
The paper describes the simulation environment for the autonomous battery management system for drones called Droneport. First, the problem of battery management is briefly described, and specific experimental and commercial solutions are listed. Then the concept of the proposed Droneport system is described. The next section is fully dedicated to the description of the individual components of the simulation: simulation of the drone, Droneport, the outer envi- ronment, and the traffic controller. The function of the individual components is illustrated by the example of two drones performing a predefined mission

The use of continuous glucose monitoring combined with computer-based eMPC algorithm for tight glucose control in cardiosurgical ICU.
AIM: In postcardiac surgery patients, we assessed the performance of a system for intensive intravenous insulin therapy using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and enhanced model predictive control (eMPC) algorithm. METHODS: Glucose control in eMPC-CGM group (n = 12) was compared with a control (C) group (n = 12) treated by intravenous insulin infusion adjusted according to eMPC protocol with a variable sampling interval alone. In the eMPC-CGM group glucose measured with a REAL-Time CGM system (Guardian RT) served as input for the eMPC adjusting insulin infusion every 15 minutes. The accuracy of CGM was evaluated hourly using reference arterial glucose and Clarke error-grid analysis (C-EGA). Target glucose range was 4.4-6.1 mmol/L. RESULTS: Of the 277 paired CGM-reference glycemic values, 270 (97.5%) were in clinically acceptable zones of C-EGA and only 7 (2.5%) were in unacceptable D zone. Glucose control in eMPC-CGM group was comparable to C group in all measured values (average glycemia, percentage of time above, within, and below target range,). No episode of hypoglycemia (<2.9 mmol) occurred in eMPC-CGM group compared to 2 in C group. CONCLUSION: Our data show that the combination of eMPC algorithm with CGM is reliable and accurate enough to test this approach in a larger study population.Peer Reviewe

Franchising as the entry mode to the market
This bachelor thesis deals with franchising as a form of entry to the market. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains basics of franchising, its situation in the world and in the Czech Republic and advantages and disadvantages of franchising for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in general. The practical part of the thesis compares advantages and disadvantages of franchising on existing travel agencies
